Items

Items are the products or service you render or sell to your customers. If your organization buys or sells a product or service and you can add those product or service here. By adding all of the products and services offer by your company, you can create a catalogue to manage the items you deal with on a daily basis.

To create a new Item

When creating a new Item or a service you can enter your sales, Purchase and tax information here.

  1. Click on Items
  2. Select Add New Item
  3. A new window will open, Enter the item name, Units and description

For Sales Account

  1. Select account from the dropdown menu
  2. Enter sales rate for the product or service
  3. Provide description of the product or service
  4. Update tax for the product or service

For Purchase Account

  1. Select account from the dropdown menu
  2. Enter Purchase rate for the product.
  3. Provide description of the product or service
  4. Press save to add the item

To edit an item

  1. Go to Items
  2. Select the item you wish edit
  3. Click on edit icon located below options
  4. Make the necessary changes
  5. Press Save to update the changes

To delete the item

  1. Go to Items
  2. Select the item you wish delete
  3. Click on delete icon located below options
  4. It will ask for you confirmation to delete the contact
  5. Press Yes to delete the contact
