Public Launch — May 2018
myBooks is ready for public launch after time, resources and manpower was intensely invested for over 3 years.
External Integration and Marketing — Feb 2018
Official external integration for myBooks and the commencement of marketing activities for myBooks. This phase is to get it ready for mass adoption.
Internal Testing and Beta Testing — Oct 2017
myBooks teams carried out a thorough testing of the product internally and 500 bugs were discovered and quashed by the team. The internal testing was in five phases. This prepared the product for external beta testing.
Completion of Building and Christening — May 2017
During this period, the product was built to full the expected stage in order to get it ready for internal testing. After completion, the software name was brainstormed and christened.
Third and Final Proof of Concept — Oct 2016
The first product which is intended to be a financial accounting and book keeping for small business was built to 80% functionally. During this period, the third and final proof of concept was finalized.
Second Proof of Concept — Apr 2016
Leveraging the Amazon Web Services platform, the 2nd proof of concept was carried out. This period also confirmed some assumptions of the product.
Hiring and Commencement of Build — Nov 2015
In the Chennai office, first employee was hired. This lead to the recruitment of a number of employees for frontend, backend, and system administration.
First Proof of Concept — Oct 2015
On a personal computer, the first proof of concept was completed. This was done using cloud application.
Idea Conception — Jun 2015
Conceptualizing of the idea of building applications for small businesses. This will be through artificial intelligence, cloud computing and machine learning.
